Finding a trusted bike shop isn’t an easy task, especially in Manhattan, so when I stumbled upon Frank’s Bike Shop years ago in the Lower East Side I knew I hit the jackpot. Frank’s is a staple for cyclists downtown that opened in 1976, with bikes and accessories piled from floor to ceiling and if you don’t see it, they probably have it, so just ask.
