3. Join a Spin Class and dance the hour away.
Spin classes are trending again, so it shouldn’t be hard to find a class at your local gym! Many Spin classes even have special nights where you spin to lights and music or a movie.
Spin classes are a great way to stay motivated and really reach your indoor training potential with an instructor that will push you to your limit.
